Custom orthotics are worn inside your shoes, providing support, alignment and balance to help your feet function the way in which they were intended. How Do Orthotics Help? Custom orthotics are molded to support the specific requirements of your feet. They help restore balance and alignment in your body by addressing the root cause of your discomfort: foot function. By gently correcting foot abnormalities, custom orthotics help reduce problems associated with pressure points, muscle strain and discomfort in the ankles, knees, hips and spine. Over time, as custom orthotics correct the biomechanics of your feet, they relieve you of pain and fatigue, allowing you to enjoy your daily activities in full comfort. Combined Treatment Plans Custom orthotics may also be used to complement other physical therapies. - 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1 medium zucchini, coarsely grated (about 2 cups)
- 1 small onion, minced (about 1 cup)
- 1/2 cup bulghur
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 3 red bell peppers, halved lengthwise, cores and ribs removed
- 2 (14 1/2-ounce) cans low-sodium stewed tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
