The No Excuse One-on-One

Available in:

6 months-2, 3 or 4 personal training sessions per week
1 year-2, 3 or 4 personal training sessions per week

One-on-One Includes:

  • Fitness assessment, with a structured goal-setting consultation
  • Progress evaluations—during the One-on-One , and one final
  • Personal training sessions
  • Independent training plan (if needed)
  • Nutrition plan
  • Unlimited ‘all access’ pass to the gym during the One-on-One Personal Training (Continued)
  • Towel service
