6 months-2, 3 or 4 personal training sessions per week
1 year-2, 3 or 4 personal training sessions per week
One-on-one FLIP Includes:
- Fitness assessment, with a structured goal-setting consultation
- Progress evaluations—during the FLIP, and one final
- Personal training sessions
- Independent training plan (if needed)
- Nutrition plan
- Unlimited ‘all access’ pass to the gym during the FLIP (Continued)
